Founded 20 years ago by a humble couple in Kuala Lumpur, 丰芳辣椒板面 began as a dream to give their children a better life. Through hardship, long days, and a relentless commitment to quality, they built more than just a noodle shop—they built a legacy.

Today, two decades later, their brand—丰芳辣椒板面—has grown to 18 outlets and continues to expand, including a presence in Singapore.

Our milestone

2004

Started as a small family restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, serving freshly made chili pan mee with love and authenticity.

2010

As word spread, more customers came not just for the spice, but for the heart in every bowl. Our menu grew to include piquant rice dishes and scrumptious snacks, yet our core remained unchanged — every dish made fresh, every flavor real. This laid the foundation for a loyal and growing fanbase across Klang Valley.

2015

Introduced central kitchen to ensure consistent quality across all outlets, without compromising on freshness.

2020

Expanded to 10 outlets across Klang Valley and Singapore, bringing our signature pan mee beyond Malaysia.

2022

All noodles and chili are handmade daily in our central kitchen, maintaining high standards across every bowl.

2025

Celebrating 21 years with plans to grow into more cities, while preserving the taste and values we’re known for.
